What is a personal recruiter?
Traditional recruitment charges the employer when a vacancy has been successfully fulfilled – usually, a substantial percentage of your freshly negotiated annual salary is transferred to the recruiters’ bank account.
This means that traditional recruitment is primarily focused on satisfying employers. Candidates themselves are of secondary interest. The traditional recruiter doesn’t honestly have your interest at heart. You are a commodity.
That’s why we’ve decided to turn the recruitment business upside down. In order to align our interest as a recruiter with your personal career interest, we’ve decided to start charging you, instead of the employer.
When you are interested in an opportunity, rely on us to make sure you’re introduced in the most effective way, meaning: don't get in line with a corporate recruiter, hoping they call you back. Instead, you're being introduced directly to the relevant people within the company.

We bring opportunities from all sources together in one simple platform. Sometimes, it's hard to know where to start looking. Sign up with YearnPRO and you never miss a thing.
We find opportunities within our own extensive network (after 20 years in recruitment, we got to know quite a lot of people), the insights our members share, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Angellist and many more.
Why is YearnPRO different than other recruiters?
We’ve decided to turn the recruitment business upside down. In order to align our interest as a recruiter with your personal career interest, we’ve decided to start charging you, instead of the employer.
We are not limited by a company portfolio. Employers are often reluctant to share vacancies with traditional recruiters, because they’re not willing to pay them. But we’re in the know about those hidden opportunities: since we don’t charge employers, they’re more than happy to share their talent needs with us.
How do I know if YearnPRO is relevant for me?
We will always check your profile and background before we activate you. Since your interest is our interest, we will not activate you if we know we can’t do something for you.
We are always looking for ways to expand our business, but at the moment we focus on:
- C-level, chiefs of industry, executives, seniors etc.
- The Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam, Utrecht, metropole area (Randstad)
- Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, Finance and Legal

How do I know, the opportunities I’ll find through YearnPRO are relevant?
We are your personal recruiter. That means we’ll personally assist you in your job search. You tell us which opportunities you find interesting and which you don’t find interesting. We use this feedback, to find better opportunities for you. Because of our personal approach it’s easy to constantly discuss opportunities 1-on-1 with you.
What is the advantage of YearnPRO instead of…
Save time managing your career. We’re your personal recruiter to whom you outsource all career-related efforts. We’re constantly keeping an eye out for career opportunities suitable for you. Hire us and you don’t miss a thing.
We do not introduce you through the regular talent channels at companies. Don’t get in line with the corporate recruiter. You work on c-level, so we’ll introduce you at that level at the relevant people. 15 years of recruitment experience means we have a huge network.
Working with a ‘traditional’ recruiter
You are our highest priority. Traditional recruiters are primarily focused on satisfying employers. Candidates themselves are of secondary interest: only the talent they spoke to most recently are top of mind to them. You’re quickly becoming obsolete. Not with us: Since we’re fully focused on you, you will stay on the top of our list.
Unlock hidden opportunities. Many job opportunities are never posted online, but we’re nevertheless in the know. Employers are often reluctant to share vacancies with traditional recruiters, because they’re not willing to pay the recruiters their fee. Since we don’t charge employers, they’re more than happy to share their talent needs with us.
What if I sign up and I find a job myself?
If you find an interesting job, just let us know. If you want, we can introduce you to the relevant people within that company.
If you’re already in contact with the company, just put the company on the ‘do not introduce’ list and we’ll stay out of it ;-)
