Yearn is a platform connecting available jobs to a professional large network of recruiters, ex-recruiters and well-connected professionals. We place talent fast and in the most efficient way. Some consider it the “Uber of recruitment”, but we call it the first inner crowd recruitment platform: 100% curated, personal and private.

It is simple. Our clients yearn for great talent and post their jobs at yearn.com. Yearn qualifies and shares this job opening with the best matching superconnectors who will suggest available professionals to Yearn. Yearn will select the best talent and put them forward to the client. With this approach we are able to deliver the right person in half the time traditional recruitment processes take.

Due to our platform of superconnectors we are able to access a broad prestigious network of great talented people worldwide. Our superconnectors are representing the following networks of talent:

  • Technology (development, product, UX/UI design etc.)
  • Sales (business development, account executive, etc.)
  • Marketing (growth hacking, online, offline, social, SEA/SEO etc.)

However we will expand into other areas as our superconnector network is growing rapidly.

Any start-up, grown-up or enterprise company that is searching for that hard-to-find talent. We are establishing ourselves in the Amsterdam area at the moment, but we will rapidly expand to London, Istanbul, Hong Kong, New York and San Francisco.

As a Yearn client, you can post jobs that you need to fill wishing 60 seconds. When the job is posted, Yearn does the rest. When talent is brought to you, you can always review them online before inviting them for an interview.

To post jobs on the Yearn platform, you need a Yearn subscription. Our subscriptions are based on "Job Spots" and prices are based on how many Job Spots or active jobs you might have open at a time. Take a look at our pricing here.

When our network finds talent and you decide to hire that person, you pay a ‘success fee’. This fee is a flat rate based on the annual salary of the talent you successfully hire via Yearn.

One job spot gives you the possibility to post an active job opening on the Yearn platform during a year or month. This job spots is yours as long as your subscription is active. This means that when your job is filled, you can still use your job spot later on for another job, if needed.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Your subscription will be upgraded at the beginning of the next period.

Yearn has built up a network of well connected professionals; our superconnectors. Superconnectors find and forward talent they think are best for the job. Yearn screens the talent before sending it through to you.

Superconnectors are qualified recruiters, ex-recruiters or well-connected professionals. Experts who know how to qualify talent and love to connect. Successfully, over and over again. We call them our Yearn superconnectors.

Yes, you can post jobs for your company and help others fulfill theirs by forwarding talent from your network. Yearn will soon introduce a fresh new interface in which you can manages multiple roles.

  1. Talent can only be submitted by our superconnectors. We always check these superconnectors, their background and experience.

  2. Before we send talent through to you, they get screened and reviewed by Yearn Client Succes Managers.
  3. You can always screen and review the talent before inviting them to an interview.

Every job-opening is different. So far, we’ve seen that successful hires are typically completed within 12 business days. In any case, Yearn Client Success Managers monitor the status of every job posting from the Yearn Cockpit. They can also inform you about your jobs whenever you want.

There is always a chance you already know the talent a superconnector puts forward.

First of all, the talent can choose for what jobs he wants to be put forward. The added value however is that the superconnector forwards the talent. This adds a lot of value for the client, since now someone from the industry is recommending this talent.

When talent recommended by Yearn accepts a job-offer made by you.

No problem, postings can be cancelled at any time. Our superconnector network will be informed to stop looking. You will no longer receive candidates or see earlier recommendations previously sent.

No installation or password. Simply share what jobs you need filled and let Yearn do the rest.

Yes, Yearn can be used with any applicant tracking system, CRM or database.

Superconnectors

Well connected professionals, recruiters or ex-recruiters specialized within a specific domain. People who are eager to find skilled talent and earn extra on the side.

We have 100+ qualified superconnectors in the Amsterdam area at the moment. This network expands rapidly to London, Istanbul, Hong Kong, New York and San Francisco.

Job postings are brought to you, and you can recommend candidates. You can also share talent you feel is Yearning for the right job. If we don’t have a job opening today, maybe we have one tomorrow!

Most superconnectors only receive jobs that are relevant to their specialization/background/expertise.

We reserve the right to see all job postings for advanced superconnectors in our network. If you are interested to know if you qualify for this, please reach out to us via chat or hello@yearn.com.

Yearn always reviews the talent you submit before sending it through to the client. The client also gets the chance to screen the talent before inviting them for an interview.

We understand that most of the work is done by you as a superconnector! Thank you for that!

When you forward talent, and this results in a ‘successful hire’, the client pays Yearn a ‘success fee’. This fee is anywhere between 10% and 15%, based on the annual salary of the person hired.

From this fee, Yearn pays out between 65% and 70% to the superconnector. This is a least € 2.500, but usually between € 4.000 and € 6.000 per ‘successful hire’.

You don’t have to wait long for your money! When the ‘successful hire’ is complete, Yearn pays out at the talents first day at the new job.

When talent recommended by Yearn accepts a job-offer made by a client.

There is always a chance the client already knows the talent you put forward. First of all, the talent can choose for what jobs he wants to be put forward.

The added value however is that the superconnector forwards the talent. This adds a lot of value for the client, since now someone from the industry is recommending this talent.

Yearn takes the privacy of your talent very seriously. Therefore, we never share contact details with a client, we leave that for you to judge and deliver. You can read more about user data in our Privacy Policy.
